Cinematic sound is essential to my craft. Following years of experimentation with loops and MIDI, I've transitioned to employing diverse timbres and waveforms, crafting distinctive cinematic sounds. "STEPS" is essentially my inaugural piece and emerges as a pivotal milestone, signifying not only my first authentic song but also embodying my distinct musical signature. The process of shaping this composition enabled me to explore and weave together various sonic elements, culminating in a piece that harmonizes with my ever-evolving creative vision.
PS: The ending will change.

CLOUDS represents the forces that push us forward, even when unsure of the path ahead. Inspired by my deep appreciation for competitive marching band, this song reflects how, like clouds, we have no choice but to keep moving. Clouds may appear to move freely but inevitably have an endless cycle. They remind us how natural it is to embrace an unknown path.

The phrase "Bread Rises" symbolizes how, just as dough becomes bread, we need time and the right conditions to rise. Similarly, as individuals, we require patience, time, and nurturing to heal and regain our strength. The yeast in bread works quietly to transform it, and time is essential for it to become what we envision. Our personal growth is just as subtle and profound, often happening slowly and behind the scenes, but with patience and care, we eventually rise stronger and more complete than before.

Synthetic sounds have such pleasant and dynamic harmonic potential. There are an infinite amount of waveform possibilities when working with synthesis. It takes a lot of thought and patience, but the true outcome is undeniably produced through time and passion. My admiration for competitive marching bands sparked this crystallized piece into action. I am currently keeping track of the progression.

"Catalysis" invites you on a unique timbral journey designed to provoke thought. A melodica was recorded, adding a distinct layer, and this piece defies traditional timing, inviting listeners to explore a sonic landscape devoid of predetermined meaning. I believe that music gains meaning as we interpret and evolve our thoughts over time. Catalysis invites you to immerse yourself in this liberating experience.
Past Work
Mixes
This is a progressive trance song I had been mixing for practice throughout the years. I am a fan of dramatic, intense music that progresses, so I modified it to sound similar to what you would hear in a video game soundtrack. I wanted to mix a song that would always make me want to turn up the volume. This was the song to mix!
This song was found in the Cambridge Multitracks site. This is a Vocaloid Electronica song. It was chosen to mix because of my love for synthetic sounds. Melodyne was used to make the layered vocal tracks sound in pitch and auto panning was used for a lot of synth parts.

Songs Created From Past Years
After going to my first massage therapy session, I tasked myself to create an instrumental piece designed to be played in a relaxing setting.
Taking a song I made in GarageBand and processing the bounce through VCV Rack 2. Slowing something down encourages your mind to think differently. In this case, it leaves you room to breathe.
GarageBand provided me with enough content to create and mix music without the help of others.

This is the first song where I actually have a bridge that carries the initial melody forward. I wanted to combine synths and guitars with some sort of beat. This was the final product!
There are almost no words to describe this piece other than a sonic experience.

I created this in Ableton Live 11 using MIDI instruments and samples. Experimentation is the key to my creativity, so you be the judge.
